Allegiant is seeking a Sales Representative to identify and close new business opportunities, as well as grow existing customer opportunities. Primary focus on expanding Inspection Services in Allegiant's Northwestern Indiana market area.
Responsibilities:
- Growing the already existing sales region that will be assigned to you.
- Upselling existing customer base and offering all services that we offer including but not limited to sprinkler, fire alarm, fire pump, backflow and extinguisher inspections, service, and repair
- Quickly and efficiently quoting any inspection deficiencies that are noted by our field inspectors. We aim to have all deficiencies quoted within 3-5 days of the inspection being completed.
- Assist in growing the Fire Alarm Monitoring business
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and establish contact with prospective new customers
- Secure contracts with buyers by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads, closing work and managing awarded projects
- Estimate, project manage and close all services sold
- Create and present proposals in a business development capacity
- Perform jobsite walk-throughs in preparation for Inspection Services
- Attend Industry networking events including events that may fall after business hours
- Oversee new Inspection and service projects from start to finish
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in sales and negotiation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Relevant experience in fire protection and life safety services preferred.
- Driven skillset to seek and develop strong customer relationships
- Self-motivated and enjoy the challenge of working independently to drive your territory growth.
- Excellent persuasion skills, with well-developed communication skills, able to influence at all levels.
- High level prospecting skills.
- Open to frequent travel
- Unquestionable integrity and ethics.
- Provider of out of the box solutions, with a can-do attitude is required
