Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and train medical assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Coordinate daily clinical operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource management.
  • Assist physicians and Medical Assistants with patient care tasks, including taking vitals, preparing patients for exams, and performing basic procedures.
  • Ensure all clinical areas are well-stocked, clean, and organized.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and compassion.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of clinic policies and procedures.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic operations.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably with some experience in a lead role.
  • Strong understanding of clinical procedures and medical terminology.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
