Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Salary: $21-$26/hour DOE

Hours: Thursday - Monday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Location: Pioche Village, Park City, UT

Pioche Village is a mid-rise condominium project located in lower Deer Valley, Utah. The property is located in the new Deer Valley East development area and will be the main source of hotel stays in the Mayflower area of the Deer Valley Resort for the upcoming years. We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor that can work as a hybrid team member as a shift working team leader.

Job Responsibilities:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will work closely with and report to the hotel General Manager and will be managing a crew of 4-8 people. This position will be over the occupancy for 100 units performing the following functions:

  • Organize employee shifts, training and motivating team members and checking private and public areas for tidiness
  • Learn and understand sanitation regulations and team management abilities
  • Help ensure our daily housekeeping operations run smoothly and that guests are satisfied
  • Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Oversee staff on a daily basis
  • Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
  • Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
  • Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards
  • Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
  • Respond to customer complaints and special requests
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves
  • Participate in large cleaning projects as required
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas

Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
  • 2+ years of experience in housekeeping
  • Management experience
