About You as Spa Housekeeping Supervisor

  • Previous experience managing/supervising a team in a housekeeping setting is preferable
  • Prior experience in a spa environment is advantageous

Main Responsibilities of the Spa Housekeeping Supervisor:

  • Assist the Spa Manager by overseeing the Spa Attendant team
  • Take pride in timely roster creation, team training, and ensuring all standards are met
  • Take charge of health & safety and your team's operational procedures
  • Maintain open communication with the Spa Manager for the Spa's continual success
  • Handle all administrative tasks promptly
  • Support the team by covering attendant shifts, cleaning, and fulfilling adhoc checks as needed
