As a Brand Coordinator in the outsourcing/offshoring industry, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the brand image of our company. You will work closely with various departments to ensure consistency and coherence in our brand messaging and visual identity. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about marketing and brand management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand standards are met and maintained across all communications and marketing materials
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for brand differentiation
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and engagement
  • Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items
  • Oversee the management of the company's social media channels and website to maintain a consistent brand image
  • Assist in organizing and participating in events and trade shows to promote the brand
  • Conduct regular brand audits to assess brand alignment and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the outsourcing/offshoring industry
  • Strong understanding of brand principles and ability to apply them in a corporate setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
