Compensation:

$50,000 annually + monthly incentives

Responsibilities:

The Role:

  • We are seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal, you'll be drafting legal documents and concepts for our clients for their custom Estate Plans. You'll be able to communicate about and answer questions pertaining to wills, trusts, and legal documents – guiding our clients through the complexities of estate planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review wills, trusts, and other legal documents.
  • Communicate with clients with compassion and empathy. Personalize each interaction and provide excellent service every time.
  • Explain complex legal concepts in easy-to-understand terms. Ensure clients have understanding and confidence.
  • Support the Estate Planning Team with client cases
Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certification required
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 3+ years of paralegal experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate and provide customer service to clients.

Nelson Elder Care Law was founded in 2014 to provide residents of Georgia with dependable counsel and representation in matters of elder law. We handle everything from planning asset protection to navigating probate to helping clients get approved for Medicaid. Our attorneys consider medical care, money management, estate planning, and more as they work with you and your family members. We work with clients by offering legal and financial services and helping manage care for older family members. Nelson Elder Care Law protects families from the curveballs of life. We have locations in Woodstock and Marietta GA.
