Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Paralegal with a strong understanding and experience in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing legal assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials and court proceedings.
  • Researching and analyzing law sources to prepare legal documents.
  • Investigating facts and law of cases to determine causes of action and to prepare cases.
  • Drafting legal documents including briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda.
  • Helping lawyers prepare for litigation and providing litigation support.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
  • Managing case files and supporting attorneys with case management.
  • Coordinating law office activities such as subpoena delivery.
  • Organizing and tracking case files for important dates, documents, and legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably within the civil litigation field.
  • A strong understanding and experience in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing legal assistance.
  • Proficiency in using legal research software and case management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently, manage large amounts of data, and multitask effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A paralegal degree or certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of legal compliance and legal documentation is essential.
  • Experience in document review and litigation support is required.
  • A strong sense of professionalism and discretion.
