Chicken Salad Chick serves full-flavored, Southern-style chicken salad made from scratch and served from the heart, with more than a 12 original chicken salad flavors as well as fresh side salads, gourmet soups, signature sandwiches and delicious desserts. We are a growing franchise location that expanding rapidly. We are looking for a hospitality professional serve as our general manager and help us maintain a team of excellence and superb service. WHAT DOES A RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER DO?

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager at Chicken Salad Chick in Thibodaux, LA, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our high standards of excellence. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility including bending and stooping for the duration of the workday
  • Must be able to work and perform all duties at any station in the kitchen or service area
