JOIN OUR TEAM

We are looking for a full-time Nurse to join our Outpatient team As the Nurse in our center location is responsible for assessing the client care needs and providing clinical treatment for assigned patients. Additionally, the staff nurse coordinates and assists in the provision of medication in collaboration with a prescriber on staff. If you are a Nurse looking to grow in the mental health field and enjoy a 8-hour weekday only shifts with paid holidays, this opportunity may be for you

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Implement nursing actions that promote, maintain, or restore physical and mental health
  • Evaluates client responses to nursing actions in order to revise the database, nursing diagnoses and treatment plan.
  • The staff nurse coordinates communication between the patient, prescriber and pharmacy.
  • Collaborates with other health care providers in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programs and other mental health activities, may also work with Integrated Health Home staff to coordinate care.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Must be a RN Licensed in the state of Iowa
  • Computer proficiencies in Microsoft Office Word, Excel
  • Accountability; works collaboratively with others to ensure high quality client care.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities; attention to detail.
