If you are a Registered Nurse looking to grow in the mental health field and enjoy a flexible 8-hour shift with paid holidays, this opportunity may be for you WHAT YOU'LL DO: Implement nursing actions that promote, maintain, or restore physical and mental health Evaluates client responses to nursing actions in order to revise thedata base, nursing diagnoses and treatment plan. The staff nurse coordinates communication between the patient,prescriber and pharmacy. Collaborates with other health care providers in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programs and other mental health activities, may also work with Integrated Health Home staff to coordinate care. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Associate Degree is Nursing required Must be RNLicensed in the state of Iowa as an RN or BSN level. Computer proficiencies in Microsoft Office Word, Excel Accountability; works collaboratively with others to ensure high quality client care. Strong organizational and time management abilities; attention to detail. Membership in ANA and participation in national organization preferred Certification by ANA as a Generalist in Psychiatry/Mental Health Nursing preferred WHO YOU ARE: Humble.
