The Shuttle bus driver position is ideal for independent self-starters who enjoy working with people. As a Driver, you'll engage with our passengers while providing safe, carefree transportation along the Hwy 20 and 1-5 corridor between Skyline and Burlington, WA. 

Generally, training is 7 to 10 days, depending on experience. After training and testing, an employees' starting wage is $21.00 per hour plus a quarterly safety performance bonus  of .50 per hour

Compensation:
Training Wage = $20.00 per hour
Starting wage = $21.00 per hour plus a quarterly safety performance bonus of .50 per hour

This would be for the following shifts:
Mon, Tues, Weds & Fri - 0945AM - 5:30PM, with a 30 minute lunch break

What Do You Need To Bring To The Table?

  • CDL B with passenger and airbrake endorsement
  • A Clean Background 
  • A Clean Driving Record 
  • Ability to Pass a DOT Drug test
  • Current DOT physical 
  • A Good Attitude 
  • A Results Driven Work Ethic

What Will You Do?

  • Follow a checklist to inspect your vehicle before and after driving
  • Work consistent full-time hours with the ability for overtime hours.
  • Safely load and unload passengers and their luggage up to 55 lbs
  • Interact with Bellair Charter/Airporter customers and vendors
  • Understand and follow safe driving guidelines and practices
