Pay Range: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Position Overview:
Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for quality? Join our team as a Quality Engineer, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining our AS9100D & ISO13485 certifications, driving product excellence, and supporting new product development. Your expertise will ensure our products meet the highest standards, contributing to the success and reputation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring alignment with customer and regulatory standards.
  • Lead defect resolution initiatives and collaborate with teams to enhance product development.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and prevent future defects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Plastic Injection Molding and as a Quality Engineer.
  • Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, FAI, SPC, and blueprint reading.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
