Responsibilities

• Conducting small group workshops for AEs including AEX team members such as basic mortgage knowledge, role plays, call coaching, and individualized tutoring
• Facilitating Initial, Ongoing, CI, and Power Block trainings in the classroom as well as final exams, and role plays
• Collaborating with the existing Initial, Ongoing, and CI Trainers and the rest of the Sales Training team
• Creating, updating, revising, and printing the Initial, AEX, Ongoing, CI, and Power Block Training material
• Scheduling guest presenters and training room reservations
• Ordering materials for Initial Training

Qualifications

• POSITIVE ATTITUDE
• 6 months experience in your current role
• Account Executive
• Strong work ethic
• Advanced experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good communication and team building skills
