Now accepting candidates for our newly created Plant Floater Trainee Program. As a Trainee in this program, you will learn all aspects of our plant processes and master proficiency in multiple areas within our facility. With each new step in the Trainee Program, there is an increase in hourly rate up and step bonuses until your completion of the program and advancement to Plant Floater. Once you complete the Plant Floater program, further opportunities await you, such as: Lead, Trainer, Shift Supervisors, etc.

Compensation: $12/hr. - $18/hr. + Benefits, Training Bonuses, Target Annual Bonus and Paid Time Off

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Will be trained to work in the various areas within the plant, including Packaging, Filler, Shipping, QC and Blending
  • Daily assignments will be based on plant needs and requires flexibility in scheduling
  • General Sanitation Practices
  • All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have extreme accuracy and focus
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
  • Clear communication is extremely important: proficiency in the English language

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Physical demands: While performing duties of job, incumbent is occasionally required to stand for full shift; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Work environment: Non A/C work area, the noise level is usually moderate
