WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an entry-level Project Operations Assistant to join our marketing agency to provide administrative assistance in our project management software system. As a member of the Project Operations team, in addition to the job duties listed below, you will work closely with the Project Operations Manager to support internal project administrative functions and ensures quality data entry and documentation.

 

JOB DUTIES:

  • Facilitates the set up and close out of project records
  • Entry of project budget information
  • Assists in gathering and entering project expenses
  • Ensures overall integrity of information entered
  • Back up assist to data-entry in CRM system
  • Back up assist to creating client proposals set up

 

DESIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Detailed and thorough, high-quality and accurate work is imperative
  • Works well independently and in a team setting in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, manages multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Quick to learn (“Watch, Do Together, Do Myself” training style)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently
  • Confident in working cross-departmentally and builds positive relationships to gather necessary information for accurate project budget documentation
  • Active listener, understands what is needed and asks appropriate clarifying questions
