Pay: Successful salespeople make $100k plus per year; $50k+ 1st year income potential

Work Hours: Typical work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00pm, but can vary based on the needs of the customer, presentation times, and time of season.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of in-home sales experience
  • Professional appearance
  • Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills
  • Strong understanding of the psychology of sales
  • Goal-orientated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (written/verbal)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HVAC sales or related industry experience
