Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAlbatross Ventures is looking for a qualified candidate for our open dispatch position. Applicants should have at least 1 year of dispatching or administrative experience. Familiarity with oil & gas operations and/or truck driving is a plus. This position will work 12 hour shifts at night, there is also a possibility to work some day shifts as well.

Job Duties:
  • Receive and facilitate requests from customers and management.
  • Schedule drivers and equipment.
  • Tracking our operations and entering associated data.
  • Be the face of our company, by respectfully communicating with customers and our field employees.

Each applicant must possess:
  • The ability to multi task.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment while making decisions during stressful situations.
  • Willingness to work night shift and/or able to rotate between days and nights.
  • A forward thinking personality
  • Problem solving skills
  • Communication skills
  • The ability to self motivate with little supervision.
