- 6 months to 1 year work history
- Proven ability to perform tasks safely
- Ability to assess jobs and situations for safe completion
- Mechanically inclined
- Basic computer skills required for some positions
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Ability to sit, stand, reach, lift 50 lbs, manipulate heavy loads, and operate levers on equipment
Responsibilities
- The Transload Operator is responsible for unloading and loading sand at the facility
- Move rail cars into position, monitor flows, direct sand to appropriate trucks and silos, prepare empty rail cars for transit
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
- Participate in the construction of facilities and the installation of equipment
- Communicate with supervisors and managers
- Keep records and logs as needed
- Utilize smart phone for time capture and participate in online trainings
- Assist truck drivers with loading
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
- Follow all safety compliance procedures
We work 12 hour shifts 5 days a week. There will be a night crew and a day crew with work on the weekends.
