Well, you might be a great fit for the Porter position at Pax's Ascend Apartments in Moore, OK.. Pax has recently acquired this property and has plans to make it better than ever -- and as the Plaza's Porter, you would be a big part of those plans

They say you never get a second chance to make a first impression and as our Porter, you will be in charge of the Apartment's first impression to all its visitors and customers. So even though the job may seem simple, you are an incredibly important part of the Apartment's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall maintenance and upkeep of the entire grounds
  • Walking the property and pickup/disposal of trash, fallen limbs, or any other debris
  • Empty outside trash containers in the morning
  • Report any maintenance issues to the Property Manager
  • Pressure wash sidewalks and building sides
  • Complete daily special projects to maintain property safety and cleanliness
  • Clean and maintain building gutters
  • Maintain perimeter fencing -- repair any broken fencing quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain lawns and landscaping
  • Sweep parking lots and sidewalks

What you can expect:

  • Compensation: $14 - $16/hr
