Reports to: Director of Operations

 

Job Summary

Mosaic Technologies is growing, and we are looking to add an Operations Coordinator to our team. This position’s main responsibility is dispatching daily service orders and adjusting technician schedules based on workload and business demands. The ideal candidate will be organized, thorough, and have the ability to prioritize multiple work assignments. This is a regular full-time position located in our main Cameron Office. 

 

Essential Functions (including but not limited to)

  • Dispatch daily service orders to technicians and clear trouble from system upon completion
  • Adjust technician schedules based on workload
  • Maintain service order logs for recordkeeping purposes
  • Update and maintain a variety of records including but not limited to customer contracts, maps, and purchase orders
  • Ensure order quality and accuracy of scheduled tasks including but not limited to equipment and inventory control processing as well as billing accuracy

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • High school diploma plus two to three years of applicable experience
  • Dependability to the company, co-workers, and customers
  • Strong communication skills
