We are currently seeking a Day Services Assistant Manager (DSAM) to join our Day Services Team. As a DSAM, you will be responsible for overseeing the appropriate delivery of services to The Arc Western Montana clients in all programmatic areas during Day Services operations. You will participate in a team approach using positive and confident interactions with all staff on shift to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.


Position: Day Services Assistant Manager

· Base Pay: $19.00 per hour.

· Sign-On Bonus: $300

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist adults with developmental disabilities with activities of daily living (ADLs).

· Directs DSPs to provide clients with consistent support to complete required programmatic tasks, participate in group activities, prepare and assist with meals in accordance with eating protocols, job coaching, personal hygiene needs and protocols, and community integration.

· Maintain a clean and safe environment.

· Performs regular DSP duties alongside co-workers, including client hygiene and feeding tasks as needed.

· Administer medications.

· Support community outings and client activities.

· Trains other staff to clean and maintain adaptive equipment with correct protocols and guidelines.

· Assist with educational and skill-building activities.

· Use Mandt training for behavior management.


Work Schedules:

· Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

Employment Options:

· Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
