Job Overview: In this entry-level position, you will work closely with project managers to assist in contract formulation, oversee budgets and timelines, and serve as a communication bridge between project managers and the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enthusiasm for engaging in diverse projects and tackling challenges within a proficient team.
  • Capability to address issues, explore innovative solutions, and pursue continuous learning.
  • Ensure project specifications are fulfilled by coordinating with project managers.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in project initiation, administrative duties, and billing processes.
  • Support the Administration and Operations Team.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to perform under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.

Educational Background and Experience:

  • Experience in accounting or project support is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Ajera, Share Point, and Teams is advantageous.
  • Experience working with federal agencies is a plus.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
