Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to promote comfort and prevent complications.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration in accordance with residents' dietary needs and preferences.
- Foster a supportive and engaging environment for residents, promoting social interaction and participation in recreational activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring infection control protocols are followed at all times.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a state-approved CNA certification program.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of North Dakota.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to resident care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Basic knowledge of long-term care principles and practices.
