Job Responsibilities:

  • Matching invoices to POs.
  • Data entry of invoices, POs and other data into the system.
  • Verifying all information of all vendors.
  • Perform coding and review of invoices for payment approval.
  • Process vouchers.
  • Maintain statements, debits and credits.
  • Ensure the upkeep of entity records.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and remain detail-oriented.
  • Strong skills in Excel.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, be solution focused and meet deadlines.
  • 5+ years experience in accounts payable.
  • Relevant coursework or education.
