Saalex Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager in Ridgecrest, CA.

Salary: $61.9k-$83.1k annually

Responsibilities:

Acts as the on-site lead and administrator for the contracted effort. Will be the direct interface between the Government and Program Manager for all issues that may arise. Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and will assist with program/project issues. Will provide oversight to the Program Manager for contractor execution of the contract requirements. Will assist the Program Manager in acquisition and employment of program/project resources.

  • Oversee all aspects of company operations, including project management, resource allocation, and performance evaluation
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication across departments
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and implement necessary improvements
  • Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Desired:

  • Master’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Prior experience in the defense industry
  • Project management certification (PMP)

Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance is required. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
