Service Advisor Responsibilities 🔧
- Friendly greet guests, get vehicle info, log concerns 👋
- Review service history, inspect vehicles, and advise on routine maintenance 🔍
- Prepare repair orders, provide cost estimates ✏️
- Discuss technician findings and propose solutions 🗣️
- Track repairs, update guests on changes, and ensure authorization for additional work 🕒
- Review orders, ensure work completion & guest satisfaction 🔎
Qualifications 🎯
- High school diploma/equivalent 🎓
- Strong ethics & values 🔐
- Knowledge of automotive repair/maintenance 🔧
- Fast learner, team player 🏃️♂️
- Excellent communication skills 📝
- Strong customer service skills 💁️♂️
- Willingness to learn new tech 🖥️
- Career-driven mindset 💼
- Clean driving record, valid license 🚗
