As a premier landscape management Company, we are proud to partner with Community HOAs, Senior Living Facilities, Corporate Campuses, Multi – multi-family housing Communities, Commercial Properties, CIDs, Etc.

An ideal candidate would be skilled and highly motivated, with a focus on working safely and providing outstanding customer service. The core requirements of the Water Truck Driver / Flower Crew Member will be to complete flower watering assignments efficiently and effectively via the assigned, designated Company vehicle. Additionally, you will assist with flower crew responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive the company truck to our customers’ properties.
  • Daily preparation of products, company truck, and equipment
  • Follow all safety requirements including all pesticide safe handling per the product labels.
  • Place all ‘Do not Treat’ signs and ‘Pesticides Applied’ signage as required.
  • Treat lawns with correct products based on specific turf type.
  • Meet specified production goals.
  • Good communication skills with our CRMs and team members.
  • Daily completion of paperwork including daily use reports and property feedback to the Lawn Care Manager utilizing a company cell phone and tablet.
  • Maintain a clean company truck and any company workspace reserved for lawn care operations.
  • Perform lawn care services ranging from ground applications of fertilizer and pesticides to ornamental plant healthcare and lawn core aeration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience driving a commercial vehicle with a GVW of less than 26,000 lbs.
  • Possess a Valid Driver’s License and Acceptable MVR for operating a Company Vehicle
  • Carry and use a smartphone and/or data-enabled device for business communications and reporting
  • Experience in one of the following is a plus: landscape maintenance, lawn care, landscaping, tree care, golf course maintenance, or working outdoors, but not required. (Preferred not required)
  • Basic math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to Microsoft Office and Adobe Software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)
  • Reliable transportation to our office
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US


Work Conditions / Essential Functions:

  • Will be required to work in a non-climate-controlled environment that may also include dust and high-volume noise.
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods at customer sites/landscapes.
  • Ability to lift to (50) fifty lbs.
  • Fast-Paced Work Environment
  • Travel to and work at various locations including both residential and commercial sites
  • Flexible working hours, including overtime and occasional weekend work (only in extreme circumstances)
  • Required to work around heavy equipment and other vehicles regularly
