- Advanced proficiency in using productivity and analysis tools, such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and SQL.
- Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change within an organization.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work products.
