Job DescriptionJob Description

We're looking for a 1st shift Production Operator and help us ensure that our products are delivered on time and in excellent condition to our customers.

Starting pay is $19 per hour, with overtime available. The position is temporary to start with a possible extension.

As a Shipping Operator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform all gathering, weighing, and packaging duties for the different equipment throughout manufacturing including the computer control system software.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide input to supervision/management.
  • Maintain an acceptable level of housekeeping throughout the facility and participate in 5s activities.
  • Perform all duties in such a manner as to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and in accordance with the Quality Management System guidelines, including maintaining proper documentation in all work areas.
  • Assist co-workers and promote a team environment while using effective communication skills.
  • Other duties as assigned by a supervisor, lead employee, or other member of management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of production experience.
  • Ability to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
