  • Production
    • Meet with sales staff to review recent sales and customer expectations, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
    • Accurately order all necessary products for jobs and follow up on delivery, ensuring timely completion.
    • Coordinate schedules between customers and installers for efficient job scheduling.
    • Confirm scope of work and compensation with installers prior to job commencement.
    • Keep customers informed about ongoing installation details and job progress, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Drive business growth through aggressive goal setting and achievement, seeking improvement through ongoing training and development.
    • Make decisions and act in alignment with Floor Coverings International's core values and mission.
    • Attend weekly meetings with the General Manager to review progress and solve challenges related to your areas of ownership.
