Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs a Sales Design Engineer you will design, analyze, and document new/existing products, ensuring compliance with requirements and overseeing development and testing of engineering prototypes. Pay is based on experience.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in Design Engineering.
  • Experience in the Bridge Industry or Rigging Industry.
  • Experience with hydraulic design/specification.
  • Understanding of hydraulic formulas.
  • Experience using CAD

What You’ll Do
  • Design, analyze, and document new / existing products, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Oversee development and testing of engineering prototypes.
  • Document designs through bills of materials, cost analyses, and drawings.
  • Redesign internal components for improved quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
  • Develop engineering solutions and participate in cross-functional teams for product launches.
  • Coordinate project work internally and externally for on-time and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with suppliers for quality improvement and issue resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects related to product design and quality.
