Responsibilities

Sales Consultation: Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features, specifications, and benefits of new and existing vehicle models.

Negotiation: Work with customers to reach a mutually beneficial pricing agreement.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service before, during, and after the sale to build long-lasting relationships.

Follow-Up: Stay in touch with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale concerns.


Requirements

Automotive Knowledge: Understanding of different car models, features, and industry trends.Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the automotive sector, is advantageous.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills to establish trust and build relationships.Results-Driven: Motivated to achieve sales targets and provide top-notch customer service.Professionalism: Maintain a positive attitude, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
