Essential Functions

  • Utilizing a calendar scheduling tool, book extraction meetings throughout the day.
  • Using virtual meeting software, meet with the client with your camera on.
  • Start the meeting a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
  • Introduce yourself and provide a summary of H2R-Solutions and Palm Payroll’s services.
  • Request control of the client’s system (if the client refuses, walk the client through step by step how to pull the required fields needed for the report.
  • Utilizing the template document, include the required fields in the report.
  • Provide instructions to the client on where to download the report and how to securely send it to H2R-Solutions for processing.
  • Once the report has been received, manipulate it utilizing MS Excel to get the data in the template format.
  • In the second meeting, assist the client in setting up the deduction and earning codes in their HCM/HRIS system.

Requirements

  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, formulas, and VBA code (Visual Basic for Applications)
  • Prior experience writing macros, including macros that take user input
  • Strong analytical skills related to working with unstructured data
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify solutions for complex data manipulation problems
  • Proven experience in data extraction, conversions, migration, and manipulation from discounted data sets
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with various teams
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Strong sense of ownership and results-oriented
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
  • Can work autonomously
  • Ability to work fully remote
  • Can maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities

Compensation

$20 - $30 per hour

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not supervise others.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional home office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. This role is stationary, with extended hours working on a computer.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Little to no travel is expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. Five or more years of MS Excel experience is required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiar with a wide variety of HCM/HRIS systems.
