Job DescriptionJob Description

LMK Recruiting is seeking an Installer Coordinator to join the team you would be responsible for managing and overseeing the installation process within various industries, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), construction, or home services. The role focuses on ensuring that installations are carried out smoothly, efficiently, and to high standards. 

Some Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule installation appointments.
  • Coordinate between different teams, such as installers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure timely project completion.
  • Manage the allocation of necessary resources, such as tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Ensure that all required items are available and in good condition before the installation begins.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Communicate effectively with installation teams to convey project details and address any issues that arise.
  • Oversee the quality of work performed during installations.
  • Ensure that installations meet industry standards and company policies.
  • Address and resolve any problems or delays that occur during the installation process.
  • Implement solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Keep accurate records of installation activities, including progress reports, material usage, and any modifications made during the process.
  • Ensure that the client's expectations are met and that they are satisfied with the final outcome.
  • Handle any post-installation issues or follow-up requests from clients.
  • Ensure that all installations comply with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Promote safe work practices among installation teams.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently.
  • Ability to Read Wiring Diagrams/Schematics
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Capability to address and resolve issues that arise during installations.
  • Focus on ensuring that installations are performed accurately and to high standards.
  • Understanding of the products and systems being installed, which can vary depending on the industry.
  • Former experience bidding installation jobs, ordering installation equipment and oversight of a crew
  • Former leadership experience in the HVAC or Construction field is a plus. 
Schedule and Benefits:
new employees are eligible for benefits following 30 days.
  • Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm, Expect 90% Full Workdays + Overtime, On call required once per month (Monday-Sunday).
