Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our client's team. This role involves interacting with patients at the front desk, managing appointment scheduling, and performing various administrative tasks. You will work closely with a team of front desk staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients, verify insurance, and collect copays.
  • Update patient information and confirm appointments.
  • Schedule follow-up visits and manage appointment scheduling during downtime.
  • Handle appointment voicemails and send reminders as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a medical front desk role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and protocols.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Additional Details:

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Training: Provided one-on-one with current staff.
  • Dress Code: Scrubs in black, navy, blue, or gray.
