The position includes various restoration activities. We are looking for an in-house multi-trade construction technician. Pay is DOE. Candidate(s) must possess a valid TNDL. Competitive pay includes incentives and health plans. Sign-on bonus after 90 days

Compensation and Incentives

  • Competitive wage, DOE: $20-30/hr
  • $500 Start up bonus after 90 days of employment

Compensation:

$20 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Finish work including drywall, trim, paint. 
  • Light plumbing, 
  • Light electrical.
  • Miscellaneous punch out
Qualifications:

  • Experienced finisher
  • Extremely organized with good communication skills.
  • Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving
