We’re Looking For a BDC/Internet Sales Associate with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive shopping experiences. Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.

· Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members..

· Customer-Focused: Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions, enhancing the overall customer experience.

· Technical Proficiency: Competence in using computer systems, including CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other related technologies.

· Team Player: Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
