Starting pay: $17-$22/hr

What You'll Be Doing:
- Driving our culture forward by holding yourself and others accountable to achieve great results through alignment with Clickstop's Core Values and Code.
- Working efficiently individually and as a team to support and achieve personal and team goals while celebrating wins.
- Work to create and maintain a clean, safe, high performing work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to establish and maintain productive and efficient standard work by way of continuous improvement/lean manufacturing that allows the company to be profitable and sustainable.
- Executing excellent work while all safety measures are observed and abided by to ensure the safety of yourself and team members.
- Following our standard operating procedures for picking, packing, and shipping all orders, including small parcel and LTL.
- Promoting great interdepartmental relationships to ensure brand promise is consistently met by means of effective and respectful communication.
- Staying familiar with all brands and ensuring quality products are packaged and shipped out to customers in a way that promotes a great customer experience while minimizing waste.
- Safely and efficiently unloading trucks and containers that are both palletized and floor loaded.
- Performing quality checks as needed on incoming products and check-in accurately to ensure product is available to ship.
- Performing cycle counts to ensure inventory is always accurate at our South Carolina location, eliminating or reducing lost and damaged inventory.
- Down stock and replenish bins proactively using FIFO.

- Experience driving a forklift (OSHA10 – Forklift certification).
