We’re looking for passionate people to join our team as we continue leading the industry over our next 100 years.Why Join Our Team?Wenow hiring Warehouse Associates across multiple shifts with full-time positions available You'll join our team withbenefits starting from Day 1(more details below)andWEEKENDS OFFComplete your application and come see what makes Grainger a great place to work Flexible Shifts, Pay, and Benefits:Pay starting at $19.30/hr with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $20.50/hr+ $1/hour for select powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators**+ $1/hour for 3rd shift differentialMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage startsday one18 paid time off days and paidcompany holidays6% 401(k) company contribution each pay periodEmployee discounts, parental leave, and moreSafety shoes providedJob ResponsibilitiesSafely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, e.g. unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing, with strong attention to detailEnsure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speedMeet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as neededOperate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirementsPerform other tasks as directed by the leadership teamJob RequirementsComfortable working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stationsHigh school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of ageThe physical requirements for this position include frequently lifting, pushing, and sliding packages that typically weight up to 50lbs, and may have to occasionally lift up to 75lbsAble to receive feedback and work well in a team environmentMust pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical lifting assessment**For PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett and Turret Truck EEOC StatementGrainger is an Equal Opportunity Workplace and an Affirmative Action Employer.
