Responsibilities:

  • Drive maximum sales efficiencies while meeting or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
  • Promote and support branded GlobeX Leisure and Travel products.
  • Provide mentorship, modeling, and reinforcement of effective sales and customer service practices.
  • Maintain a professional image that upholds GlobeX Leisure and Travel standards.
  • Act as the second point of contact for customers, closing sales as appropriate.
  • Assist the Director of Sales in managing the sales floor to ensure efficient guest tour flow.
  • Provide information and answer questions regarding vacation ownership, seasonal travel, and financing options.
  • Review and approve sales documentation and close deals.
  • Handle overflow from tour waves and support the ratification of contracts to new owners.
  • Greet guests, make introductions, and ensure necessary materials are provided for sales executives.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Contracts to relay important information or resolve issues.
  • Support the establishment of a positive work environment and ensure associates represent the company ethically and professionally.
  • Conduct regular sales management meetings to review performance and make action plans.
  • Mediate and resolve issues between subordinates and colleagues in a timely manner.
  • Schedule the Sales Team to ensure adequate coverage based on anticipated guest flow.
  • Contribute to material for Daily Huddles/Line Ups.
  • Monitor and provide motivational messages based on performance reports.
  • Supervise daily operational aspects of the Sales Gallery Floor/Sales Center.
  • Interview candidates for Sales Executive positions.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a 'Culture of Excellence' within the sales operation.

Qualifications:

  • Seasoned Timeshare Sales: A minimum of three years of timeshare sales experience, accompanied by a proven track record.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exemplifying professional communication skills in interactions with diverse vendors, clients, and personnel.
  • Analytical Mastery: Possessing extensive knowledge in analyzing and reporting on marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Organizational Proficiency: Demonstrating strong organizational skills and an ability to maintain accurate data and records.
  • Technological Aptitude: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and adept operation of smart devices.
