The Michelle Martin Group is seeking a motivated individual interested in an entry-level role in Supply Chain Management. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and make an immediate impact in our client's organization. This remote Supply Chain Clerk/Coordinator offers an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a temporary role with potential for long-term employment. 


Local candidates to the Washington, DC metro area PREFERRED.


Job Description:

The ideal candidate will assist with various aspects of Supply Chain Management and act as a liaison for different business needs within this field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with peers and executives, providing effective communication
  • Adapt to various business structures
  • Work with ERP and company applications (Deltek, Salesforce, and other ERP or financial systems)
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite proficiently
  • Act as a liaison and expeditor for various business needs within Supply Chain Management


Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivation and adaptability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the field
  • Must pass a federal background verification and drug test


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior government experience
  • Previous roles in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Contracts


Job Details:

  • Timeline: ASAP – 09/30/2024
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm standard core hours
  • Location: Remote (local to DC preferred)
  • Clearance: None required
  • US Citizenship Required
