- Minimum of 2 years in wood finishing with hands-on experience in surface treatments, stains, urethanes, and oils.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of woodworking.
- Desired: Expertise in UV finishes, roll coat finishing lines, and reactive stains; background in design and architecture; experience in product development.
