HVAC Technician Responsibility

  • Perform Work Order as requested by tenants
  • Perform quarterly inspections as required by property
  • Keep supplies and inventory updated to avoid delays with work order or projects
  • Maintain all licenses and certifications up to date
  • Help increase tenant retention by performing outstanding customer service to tenants.
  • Remove old systems
  • Install new systems
  • Perform routine maintenance
  • Train junior team members
