What's your day like?

As a Lending Manager at Community Trust Credit Union, you can expect to oversee and manage consumer lending, mortgage, and collections operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include evaluating loan applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing strategies to maximize loan growth. Additionally, you will work closely with the lending team to provide exceptional service to our members and address any lending-related inquiries. This full-time position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional Saturdays required to accommodate member needs. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a high-performing team and contribute to the success of our organization in a fast-paced and energetic environment.

Would you be a great Lending Manager?

To excel in the role of Lending Manager at Community Trust Credit Union, you must possess a diverse set of skills. You should have experience and knowledge of the secondary market, along with expertise in first and second mortgage residential real estate lending. A proven track record in selling and servicing loans is essential, as well as a deep understanding of regulations governing consumer and mortgage lending. Strong communication and supervisory skills are vital for effectively leading a team and ensuring seamless operations. Proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing software is required to analyze data and generate reports.

Familiarity with using a PC and general office equipment, including a 10-key calculator, is also necessary to perform daily tasks efficiently.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED INCLUDE:

  • Knowledge of the secondary market and experience with first and second mortgage residential real estate lending.
  • Must have proven track record of selling and servicing loans.
  • Must have working knowledge of regulations affecting consumer and mortgage lending. Must have good communication and supervisory skills. Must have working knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing software.
  • Be able to use PC and general office equipment including 10-key calculator.
