Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of exterior home remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the entire project lifecycle, from inspection to invoicing, and will excel in maximizing efficiency and speed to billing. As a liaison between sales and production teams, the Construction Project Manager will be crucial in ensuring seamless communication and coordination to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Permitting and Insurance Claims Management:
- Manage the permitting process for exterior remodeling projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes.
- Oversee the insurance claim pipeline from inspection to invoicing, including facilitation of supplements and any necessary documentation.
Pre-Job Audits and CRM Management:
- Conduct preliminary audits of work order builds in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure accurate and complete project planning.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to address any discrepancies or issues identified during audits, ensuring smooth project execution.
Liaison Between Sales and Production:
- Serve as a primary point of contact between sales and production teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with sales to ensure accurate project specifications and timelines.
- Collaborate with production to maximize speed to billing efficiency.
Project Management:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with production managers and suppliers to procure materials and resources necessary for project execution.
Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction:
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the highest standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively, striving to exceed expectations at every stage of the project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in exterior home remodeling, with a focus on roofing and gutters.
- Comprehensive understanding of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
