Revere Health in Provo, Utah is actively seeking to hire an energetic and dependable, full-time Human Resources/Onboarding Assistant to join our team This position earns has a competitive pay range. Your Health Beyond All Else
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HUMAN RESOURCES/ONBOARDING ASSISTANT
You arrive each day ready to provide a professional working relationship with physicians, employees, and outside business partners. Along with assisting in the new hire onboarding process, you will also assist with the explanation of our onboarding process and provide training to new employees associated with the Your Health Above All Else philosophy. As a Human Resources/Onboarding Assistant, you love meeting new people and are able to make personal connections easily and ensure that every new employee feels welcome and valued.
You will be one of the first interactions new employees will have in the organization, making your role as a Human Resources/Onboarding Assistant an important part of the onboarding process. You will be eager to ensure new employees feel confident and empowered in their decision to work for Revere Health. Don’t worry if you don’t have human resources or onboarding experience. If you come with two or more years’ experience in customer service or human resources, we’ll train you on everything you need to know to assist our employees.
You take charge of challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent customer service to employees and physicians. You are the key to helping employees understand and navigate their onboarding experience. You feel good about representing a company with a solid reputation and playing an important part in the success of its employees.
QUALIFICATIONS TO BE A HUMAN RESOURCES/ONBOARDING ASSISTANT
- 2 years’ experience in customer service, human resources, payroll, or related employee centric role
- Experience in Microsoft Applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ten-key experience and typing skills (minimum 60 wpm)
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others
- Ability to demonstrate problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm
