We are seeking a friendly and professional Office Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and ensuring smooth office operations.

$18.50 - $28.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative support, such as sorting mail, filing documents, and managing calendars
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings
- Assist with data entry, word processing, and other clerical tasks as needed
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional and polished demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
