Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations. Inbound Sales: Handle incoming inquiries and effectively communicate product options. Policy Sales: Recommend insurance plans tailored to each client's unique requirements. Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the agency's success. Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.


Requirements

Licensing: Must be able to obtain an insurance license or have one prior to starting.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus, but not necessary as we will train.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering outstanding service.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy in policy documentation and client interactions.

Results-Driven: Motivated to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
