Job Summary: 

The Client Coordinator at Griswold Home Care is a full-time, hourly home care/non-medical role. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating high quality home care services for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their well-being is prioritized. The job is in Broomfield, Colorado and is in-office. 

 

Compensation & Benefits: 

The Client Coordinator will receive a competitive hourly rate of $22 to $23 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, they will have the opportunity to participate in the company's benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, their families, and caregivers. 

  • Match clients with appropriate caregivers based on their needs, preferences, and availability. 

  • Monitor and maintain client schedules, ensuring all shifts are filled. 

  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and make any necessary adjustments. 

  • Communicate any changes or concerns with the client's healthcare team and family members. 

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families to ensure they receive the best care possible. 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and caregiver records and documentation. 

  • Track and report on client satisfaction and caregiver performance. 

  • Process weekly client billing to be finalized by supervisor. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred. 

  • Previous experience in a homecare or senior care setting preferred. 

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail. 

  • Knowledge of home care industry and local community resources. 

  • Proficiency in computer systems and software. 

  • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor. 

  • Must have a reliable mode of transportation.
