What does a Dispatcher I do?

As a Dispatcher I at SLEMCO, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our electric services run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of field crews for maintenance, repairs, and emergency responses, while monitoring system alarms to address situations promptly. You will liaise with field crews, supervisors, and various departments to facilitate seamless operations and maintain accurate records related to dispatching activities. Emphasizing safety, you will implement and uphold compliance with both company and industry standards.
